Our Umrah package offers flights with Pegasus Airlines and EgyptAir. The outbound Pegasus flight departs from London Stanstead with a short stopover in Instabul allowing you to enter into Ihram and then goes to Jeddah, the gateway to Makkah. When it is time to return, we will fly back from Madinah to London Heathrow via EgyptAir with another short stopover in Cairo.

As part of our commitment to providing a hassle-free experience to you, we will take care of the visa processing in our Umrah package Janauary 2026. You will receive Saudi EVW allowing you single entry and is valid for up to 180 days. Please note there is no medical cover with this, you must use private hospitals for any treatment.
Please note, if have a non-British passport, you will require an Umrah visa which will add £60 to package price.
As part of our comprehensive Umrah package, we also provide comfortable ground transportation throughout their journey. Our internal transfer service includes air-conditioned coaches to take you to and from all the holy sites in Makkah and Madinah. Our coaches are modern and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and safe journey. Our experienced drivers are knowledgeable about the local routes and traffic conditions, ensuring a smooth and efficient transfer.

Crowne Plaza Madinah is located in the south area of Madinah Al Munawarah, just steps away from the Prophet Mohammed’s Holy Mosque (PBUH) and Bab Al Salam. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, room service and a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Our Umrah package includes accommodation in one of its comfortable rooms.
As part of our Umrah package, we offer a guided Ziyarah (visit) to the holy sites in Makkah and Madinah. Our Shayukh will accompany you on your Ziyarah and take you to the most important and significant sites in both cities. Our guided Ziyarah ensures that you are able to make the most of their time in Makkah and Madinah and gain a deeper understanding of the significance and history of each site. Our Shayukh will able to answer questions you may have about the sites you’re visiting, ensuring a truly enriching and educational experience.
During your stay in Makkah and Madinah, our accompanying Shayukh will be giving lectures designed to provide spiritual guidance and help you enhance your understanding of Islam. You will be given ample opportunity to benefit from them and ask any questions that you may have. In addition, we will also bring in local Shayukh in Madinah who will deliver talks on various topics.

Umrah Package Reviews
For anyone looking to go on their first umrah, this is the group to be with. I was apprehensive but the brothers from Islam Answers were more than accommodating and had so much knowledge to share. Everything went so smoothly I’m already planning my second trip with them. We had brothers from all walks of life and they made everyone feel comfortable. We had lectures and guided tours which showcased knowledge you wouldn’t get with a normal package. I’d like to say a big thank you to Sheik Noorudeen and Waqas Bhai for providing such a memorable experience and I would recommend this to brothers of any age looking to get a detailed understanding of how to perform Umrah correctly.

I just want to thank everyone involved in organising the Umrah Tour 2024. As they say, Allah is the best of planners and He planned for me to go on my first Umrah Trip with Shaykh Noorudeen and Waqas bhai. Absolutely diamond brothers who made us feel comfortable and confident providing plenty of Islamic knowledge whenever needed. Not only Umrah related knowlege but any questions I needed answering, he was happy to answer. Everything was well organised with both hotels being a stone throw away from the Haram as well as guided tours of Mecca and Medina. I could go on forever but overall a 10/10 experience. These tours are for everyone. Doesn’t matter what stage you are in life.

IA Umrah trip was generally very relaxed in which we had a lot of free independent time to go about our day how we would like. What was promised was ultimately delivered. Everything was conducted in English which is a big deal for me personally.

Alhamdulillah, the whole Umrah experience was surreal. The constant guidance that we had available to us from the Shuyukh was very reassuring, on numerous occasions we were able to clarify questions we had. The ziyaaraat with Shaykh Jamili were brilliant, and the classes with both Shuyook were refreshing too. Overall, a brilliantly organised trip, which the memories will stay with us forever inshallah!

Umrah Package Booking
Before booking the Islam Answers Umrah Package January 2026, we kindly ask that all potential participants review and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Payment: In order to secure your booking we require a non-refundable deposit of £500 per person.
- Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the participant, deposit will be kept in exchange for the administrative work carried out.
- Hotels: In the event of hotel change due to availability, we will provide either like for like or better.
- Travel Documents: It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport and any necessary documents required.
- Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour.
- Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct throughout the tour, including appropriate dress and behaviour in accordance with Islamic principles and cultural norms.
- Itinerary Changes: The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. We will make every effort to ensure that any changes do not significantly impact the overall experience.
- Liability: Islam Answers and Shifa Trust accept no liability for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by participants during the tour.
