Our Umrah package offers flights with EgyptAir, one of the leading airlines in the region. The outbound flight departs from London Heathrow and makes a short stopover in Cairo before continuing to Jeddah, the gateway to Makkah. When it is time to return, we will fly back from Madinah to London Heathrow with another stopover in Cairo.

A brand new hotel ideally situated in the center of Madinah and is only 2 minutes walk to Masjid an-Nabawi. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, room service and a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Our Umrah package includes accommodation in one of its comfortable rooms. You’ll be able to unwind and recharge in a peaceful environment after a day of spiritual devotion.
As part of our Umrah package, we offer a guided Ziyarah (visit) to the holy sites in Makkah and Madinah. Our Shayukh will accompany you on your Ziyarah and take you to the most important and significant sites in both cities. Our guided Ziyarah ensures that you are able to make the most of their time in Makkah and Madinah and gain a deeper understanding of the significance and history of each site. Our Shayukh will able to answer questions you may have about the sites you’re visiting, ensuring a truly enriching and educational experience.
During your stay in Makkah and Madinah, our accompanying Shayukh will be giving lectures designed to provide spiritual guidance and help you enhance your understanding of Islam. You will be given ample opportunity to benefit from them and ask any questions that you may have. In addition, we will also bring in local Shayukh in Madinah who will deliver talks on various topics.

IA Umrah trip was generally very relaxed in which we had a lot of free independent time to go about our day how we would like. What was promised was ultimately delivered. Everything was conducted in English which is a big deal for me personally.

Alhamdulillah, the whole Umrah experience was surreal. The constant guidance that we had available to us from the Shuyukh was very reassuring, on numerous occasions we were able to clarify questions we had. The ziyaaraat with Shaykh Jamili were brilliant, and the classes with both Shuyook were refreshing too. Overall, a brilliantly organised trip, which the memories will stay with us forever inshallah!

Umrah Package Booking
Before booking the Islam Answers Umrah Package December 2023, we kindly ask that all potential participants review and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Payment: In order to secure your booking we require a non-refundable deposit of £400 per person.
- Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the participant, deposit will be kept in exchange for the administrative work carried out.
- Hotels: In the event of hotel change due to availability, we will provide either like for like or better.
- Travel Documents: It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport (6 months+) and any necessary documents required for visa.
- Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour. Visa will come with health insurance.
- Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct throughout the tour, including appropriate dress and behaviour in accordance with Islamic principles and cultural norms.
- Itinerary Changes: The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. We will make every effort to ensure that any changes do not significantly impact the overall experience.
- Liability: Islam Answers and Quba Tours accept no liability for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by participants during the tour.
