What is the authenticity of the Hadith about the Prophet eating Houbara bustard meat?

حَدَّثَنِي بُرَيْهُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ سَفِينَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ: أَكَلْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَحْمَ حُبَارَى

“Safinah narrated from his father, from his grandfather that he said: ‘I ate the meat of the Houbara bustard (type of bird) with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.'” – Abu Dawood, Hadith 3797

This Hadith about Houbara bustard is also narrated in Tirmidhi, Hadith 1828. The hadith is weak according to Imam Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani [Al-Talkhees al-Habeer Vol. 4, p284].
