Short Answer
The Hadith about dipping a fly into your drink is classified as Sahih (authentic).
Explanation
This Hadith is in Bukhari, and as all Musnad Hadith in Sahih al-Bukhari and Muslim are sahih (authentic), then this hadith is also authentic. The exact wording of this hadith can be found below:
(Sayidina) Abu Huraira said that the Prophet ﷺ said, ‘If a fly falls in the drink of one of you, then he should fully submerge it and then throw it away, because there is disease in one of its wings and cure in the other.’ (Sahih al-Bukhari, 3320).
And Allah Most High knows best.
