Yes, a Dua to overcome laziness is mentioned in the Hadith below.

Anas bin Malik (May Allah Most High be pleased with him) said, the Prophet ﷺ used to say, ‘O Allah, I seek refuge with You from misery and sadness, from incapacity and laziness, from cowardice and miserliness, from weighty debt and from being overpowered by people.’ (Sahih al-Bukhari, 6369).

The Dua in the Hadith above should be recited to overcome laziness, and it will certainly help. However, one should understand that he must do more than simply recite the Dua to overcome laziness. If it was as simple as reciting the Dua alone then there would be no lazy Muslim on the face of the Earth.

Keeping the company of motivated and active people can certainly assist with laziness. Also, breaking down one’s activities into smaller more manageable goals can help. Since it helps to overcome procrastination. Reflecting upon the gift of time and the importance of this life can also motivate an individual to make better use of one’s time.

When it comes to spiritual laziness then being constant in the Dhikr of Allah Most High will also help. As will studying the Deen of Allah Most High. Since there are great blessings and powerful motivators in the Quran and Hadith. Studying them will certainly help one overcome laziness.

The Hadith above is authentic (Sahih) since all Marfoo Hadith in Bukhari and Muslim are Sahih:

The Ummah is unanimously agreed that these two books are Sahih, and that their Hadith narrations must be acted upon. (Imam al-Nawawi, Tadheeb al-Ismaa wa al-Lughaat).

And Allah Most High Knows Best.
