The Dua for entering the toilet is narrated in Sahih Bukhari as

(Sayidina) Anas (May Allah Most High be pleased with him) said, when the Prophet ﷺ entered the lavatory he ﷺ would say:

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الخُبُثِ وَالخَبَائِثِ

O Allah, I seek refuge with You from male devils and female devils. (Sahih al-Bukhari, 6322)

The Hadith above provides a Sunnah Dua for entering the toilet. It is narrated is Sahih al-Bukhari, so there is not doubt regarding the authenticity. However there is some discussion regarding the pronunciation and meaning.

والخُبُثُ -بضم الخاء والباء وقد تسكن الباء تخفيفًا-: ذُكْرانُ الجن، جمع خبيث

And al-Khubuth has a Dammah (pesh) on the Khaa and Baa. Although the Baa sometimes has a Sukoon upon it, to make it lighter. It refers to male Jinn, and is the plural of Khabeeth. (Imam al-Koooraani, al-Kowthar al-Jaari).

As we see in the Nass (text) above, it can be pronounced with Dammah (pesh) on the Baa or a Sakoon. Dammah is the preponderant pronounciation. As for the meaning, it refers to male Jinn or Shayateen.

الخبث (بضم الباء) جمع الخبيث وهو الذكر من الشياطين، والخبائث جمع الخبيثة وهي الأنثى من الشياطين. (المُعْلم بفوائد مسلم)

Al-Khubuth is with a Dammah on the Baa, and it is a male from the Shayateen (devils). And al-Khabaaith is the plural of Khabeethah and it is a female from the Shayateen (devils). (Imam al-Maaziri, al-Mulim Bi Fawaid Muslim).

And Allah Most High Knows Best.
