Is there a specific Dua to be made after the Adhan?

Yes it is recommended to make the following Dua after the Adhan.

:عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: ” مَنْ قَالَ حِينَ يَسْمَعُ النِّدَاءَ

اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ هَذِهِ الدَّعْوَةِ التَّامَّةِ، وَالصَّلاَةِ القَائِمَةِ آتِ مُحَمَّدًا الوَسِيلَةَ وَالفَضِيلَةَ، وَابْعَثْهُ مَقَامًا مَحْمُودًا الَّذِي وَعَدْت حَلَّتْ لَهُ شَفَاعَتِي يَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ 

(Sayidina) Jabir bin Abdullah narrated that Allah’s Messenger ﷺ said, ‘After listening to the call (Adhan) whoever says:

O Allah, Lord of this perfect call and established prayer, give Muhammad ﷺ the Waseelah and the virtue, and resurrect him to the praiseworthy station that You have promised him my intercession for him will be allowed on the Day of Resurrection.’ (Sahih al-Bukhari, 614).

The Hadith above has been narrated by Imam al-Bukhari in his Sahih, which confirms authenticity (see link below). In the Hadith the Holy Prophet ﷺ specifies a particular Dua to be recited after Adhan.
